Yes, for partial payments or specific service payments, you can either cancel the service that you don't wish to renew or contact our Sales department to modify your invoice.

You can cancel any service from your client dashboard by selecting the service and clicking the cancel button. You can also contact support for assistance. Note: Canceling a service does not automatically qualify for a refund.

To change your hosting package, simply you can do that from your dashboard, from upgrade/downgrade section, or contact our sales department. We will guide you through the process based on your current usage and needs.

We provide automated daily backups for all hosting plans, ensuring that your data is regularly backed up. You can also create manual backups through the hosting control panel by Jetbackup software
VPS/VDS Questions

Yes, all VPS plans include basic DDoS protection, with advanced protection available as an add-on.

Most orders are activated within 2 to 10 minutes. Special requests may take up to 50 minutes. If your service is not activated within this time, please open a ticket.
